Denpasar has a lot to offer especially when it comes to dining options.

If you are a seafood fan, Be Pasih  is a good choice. Located on Jl. Pemuda in the opulent Renon area, Be Pasih is an open-air restaurant surrounded with beautiful landscape.

As the name refers to Be Pasih or sea fish in the Balinese language, the restaurant offers a vast selection of delicious dishes — ranging from fish head savory soup, steamed fish wrapped in banana leaves, fried and crispy fish, to mouth-watering tuna steaks.

The restaurant also delights people with its fresh vegetarian menu, which includes kangkung (water spinach) sauteed with chili sauce, tofu and tempeh (soybean paste) and sambal matah — raw chili paste.

Menu item prices range from only Rp 15,000 (US$1.5) to Rp 30,000 ($3).

Assorted fresh beverages are also available such as iced coconut, iced daluman (green leaves), es teler, a mix of avocado, young coconut meat, and other fruit with condensed milk and syrup.

During the lunch hour, Be Pasih will likely host dozens of guests, as it is located in the middle of Renon office center. If you prefer a quieter meal, visit the restaurant for dinner.
